How it started
A chainsaw, a cold January, and some neighbors who needed help.

In January 2026, East Nashville got hit hard by an ice storm. Being someone who genuinely enjoys venturing out into the cold with a chainsaw, Caleb spent days connecting with neighbors to help clear downed limbs in the neighborhood he's called home for 16 years. One thing led to another. Turns out, people need help with a lot more than storm damage — the small repairs, the half-finished projects, the list that sits on the counter and never gets shorter. Not for lack of wanting to, but because life gets in the way. That's what Inglenook Upkeep is here for.

Pay for time, not surprises.

Rates cover labor, travel, and standard tools. If a job calls for materials beyond the basics — think lumber, fixtures, specialty hardware — those are billed at cost and I'll always give you a heads up first.

Full Day · ~8 hours

The sweet spot. A full focused day to work through your entire list — inside, outside, whatever you've got. The longer the list, the more this makes sense.

Half Day · ~4 hours

A solid block for a handful of tasks. Have just one or two things? Consider throwing a few more on the list — the half day rate is the best bang for your buck for both of us.

For that one nagging thing you just need gone. That said — even one or two more tasks gets you a lot more value out of the half day rate.

As a homeowner myself, I know how fast costs add up. I work focused — not rushing through, not dragging it out. Safety and quality, always.

I've lived in Inglewood with my family for 16 years. This neighborhood means a lot to us, and I genuinely enjoy being even a small part of keeping it the place we all love.

My goal is to be the bridge between you and whatever's been sitting on your list — whether you're unsure where to start, can't carve out the time, or just want someone you can trust to show up and do it right.
